Pea Ridge is a shopping center outside of Anchor’s usual domain, but it has proven to be a very successful shopping center since its renovations. The center hosts numerous small and anchoring tenants. The anchoring tenants include Big Lots and Dollar Tree. Smaller tenants include Mimi’s Cafe, H&R Block, Crossfit Barboursville, and other food and service stores. Pea Ridge sits on 14.23 acres and was purchased in 2018 for $4 million.
