Anchor acquired this former K-Mart-anchored shopping center in 2014. The 164,000 SF center was just 45% leased at the time of purchase and had years of deferred maintenance and mismanagement. Anchor secured a new 100,000 SF Kroger Marketplace for the center in August 2015 and finished a large renovation of the rest of the center in late 2017 with PetSmart as one of the anchor tenants. The center is now a vibrant hub of activity and the tenants are performing extremely well.
