In 2015, Anchor Investments purchased 1405 & 1407 Lebanon Pike which is comprised of approximately 3.98 acres and 15,000 SF of improvements. At the time of purchase, the property included a used car sales office, bus maintenance garage and a former motel. Much of the property was dilapidated from years of neglect and did not provide any significant value to the surrounding area. Shortly after the purchase, we were able to secure Enterprise Rental Car to a long-term lease. They demolished the existing hotel and constructed a new commercial truck service and rental office greatly improving the value of the property.
