In 2015, Anchor acquired 720 Fessey Park Drive, an 18,000 SF aging industrial property. It was a single-tenant building that was in decline due to years of deferred maintenance with an outdated façade and interior. After an extensive renovation, this building was transformed into an amazing creative office building for two fast growing technology companies. Both the inside and outside were totally overhauled to give the tenants a sleek, modern environment. The tenants are very happy with their new office and we are very proud that we were able to bring our vision to life by transforming a functionally obsolete industrial space into a modern creative office for two vibrant companies.
