In late 2019, Cumberland was purchased for retail and flex purposes at $2.3 million. Tenants currently conducting business in the center include Big Lots, Avalon Center, Bargain Beds, and EZ Rental. The portion of the center owned and managed by Anchor is 100% filled, and has plans to remain so for the next few years.
