Anchor Investments purchased and renovated 506 Church to become the premier short-term rental hotel in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Since its opening in early 2016, 506 Lofts has been very well received by its guests as noted by the over 700 five star reviews on Airbnb and remains highly occupied each and every week. Most importantly, a portion of every stay is donated to local homeless ministries to provide a place to stay and warm meals for people less fortunate. The average weekend stay provides over 16 warm meals and room nights at local shelters. Since we opened, we have provided over 16,000 nights at the Nashville Rescue Mission.
